[Foodies On Board] Delicious Things To Have With A Cup Of Tea AND Coffee – May Cause Diabeetus (Don’t Look If You’re On A Diet. Seriously, Run While You Can!)

Hey guys,

I thought that this would be something fun to write. It’s so cold here now that it’s clipped into Winter, and I can’t stay away from my tea and coffee. I have sticky fingers right now, I just can’t stop picking up mugs every 5 seconds. It just warms me up, makes me feel at ease and I’m over the moon to be able to have tea in temperatures like these.

I mean, there are so many things out there for dieting, restricting this, restricting that – and oh no, you can’t talk about that. We need to look after our figures all the damn time that people are forgetting to actually just enjoy life and food. Food is such a luxury, we have so many varieties and fresh food, nice veg, beautiful seasonings – we are so lucky. It’s amazing how many options we can all have and enjoy in life. It’s easy to get carried away, I get it. But it’s okay to loosen up once in a while.

Basically, eat a damn cookie. You deserve it. We are forgetting that it’s okay to treat ourselves sometimes, what fun is eating if you are always restricting yourself and not allowing yourself to actually enjoy a treat here and there? I’m not saying to eat everything that I am mentioning all in one sitting, you aren’t even allowed to get up for a toilet break! Or blink! Haha, no but I am merely just saying it’s okay to have a treat here and there, they are literally designed for a cuppa, I just want to share delicious ideas.

It’s okay to not look like a supermodel, it’s their job to be a clothes hanger – they get paid for that. We don’t get paid for not eating a biscuit, we just get sad. So, whatever! Let’s have some fun.

Delicious things to have with a cup of tea and coffee. Well, everything is delicious if you include a cuppa with it. Even if you just have a cuppa on it’s own, it’s delicious. Now, if you are a fan of coffee or tea, this will work with both. I’m just going to do them separate to make it fun.

Delicious Tea Goods:
– Digestives (Obviously I recommend the dark chocolate option, mmm, chocolate)
Arnotts Kingston
Arnotts Lemon Crisp
Arnotts Monte Carlo
Arnotts Shortbread Cream
Arnotts Butternut Snap
Arnotts Chocolate Ripple
… Basically, anything chocolatey or creamy and delicious. To be honest, you might even be better off just getting Arnotts Assorted Cream Biscuits and just dip those goods into the tea and cry of happiness. Thanks Arnotts for the diabeetus, I’ll see you in hell!

Delicious Coffee Goods:img-thing

– (Again, what a surprise) Arnotts Malt’O’Milk
Arnotts Milk Arrowroot
Arnotts Milk Coffee
Arnotts Scotch Finger
Arnotts Shredded Wheatmeal
Arnotts Teddy Bear (I love this one, it feels like I’m nomming on my childhood but it’s so good it hurts me)
Arnotts Iced VovoCup-coloring-pages-5.png
– Arnotts Venetian
Arnotts TimTam (If you bite the top and the bottom a little bit, and suck through while placing into your coffee it becomes a straw and then you get to eat it – oh god, too good. Dangerously good)
Arnotts Mint Slice (Bite the mint off and then eat the biscuit – why am I advising you how to find love? I don’t know)

I’m going to stop now before I get too carried away. I promise I didn’t know that all of these were owned by the same company, I almost feel like I might as well just link you to Arnotts website. I have surprised myself! How much money have I put into that company?! But, well, just go pour the whole aisle of Arnotts into your trolley cart and run away. Join me into the cult, apparently.

I hope you all enjoyed this post. If you do go buy any of these promise me you won’t hold me responsible for your problems walking afterwards, it can be our little secret. Shhh. It’s okay, we are in this together. Haha. I’m terrible.

Speak soon, all!
