Day 13: 5 Favourite Drinks (“5 Things” Daily Postings For 20 Days!)

Good morning everyone,

It’s quite a chilly one here in Sydney today. I have socks, track pants, over sized hoodie AND a beanie on while I’m sitting here talking to you all. It’s awesome. The weather is crazy lately though, yesterday it was so sweaty and humid – my body temperature doesn’t know what is happening right now. #firstworldproblems

For my 5 Things, yesterday was 5 favourite foods so for today it is 5 favourite drinks! I promise tomorrow, we will branch away from this area. It’s just about you guys getting to know me! By the end of my 20 daily challenge – I will be nominating some of my favourite blogs to join in if they want to. It’ll help me get to know you guys as well.

Let’s get started!

1. Chamomile tea.
Chamomile tea is something that I have had for quite a few years, my mum drinks it a lot and you can get chamomile blends with mixes – for example chamomile, honey and vanilla. It’s so, so nice. Chamomile is a really soothing blend, it’s amazing a bit before bed because it can really unwind you.

2. Cappuccino.
Cappuccinos have always been my favourite! Whenever I grab a coffee out, I will generally float towards the cappuccinos because they are delicious and the froth is the best part. I don’t usually put sugar in my beverages, so the cocoa powder in cappuccinos are a bit of the ol’ delight.

3. Irish breakfast tea.
My partner actually introduced me to Irish breakfast, I usually was an English breakfast kinda gal. But Irish has a stronger taste to it, English tastes almost milkier? I don’t know, but Irish breakfast has replaced you, English. Apologies.

4. Orange juice.
Orange juice is delicious! I usually only have orange juice if it’s with a special breakfast, which is rare occasions. It makes it nicer to have, it’s definitely in my delicious books.

5. Lemon sparkling water.
Lemon sparkling water, again, is something my mum usually drinks but she gave it to me once and I got hooked. It’s fizzy but not too fizzy, and the lemon adds a zing to it. If I’m at a grocer and want a drink that isn’t just a bottle of water (I usually find bottles of water a waste of money) – I will grab lemon sparkling water. I think because it’s not just your average water it kind of doesn’t seem pointless to me, even though it is in a weird way. If I could make it on my own I would!

Alright guys, that’s it for my 5 things today. I’ll be uploading a few posts today, so keep your eyes peeled. 🙂
