When You Can’t Afford To Follow Your Dreams

Good ‘late’ evening everyone and happy Sun-yay!

Something that we are all facing this day and age is that, if you don’t have money, there aren’t any shortcuts for you. The rich get richer, while the poor get poorer. This goes for when you want to follow your dreams, also.

These days, if you have money and know the right people and decide you want to sell a book or start a cosmetics line, they can just go right ahead and do it. If they decide they want to take a year off and just focus on their new ideas, they can do it.

If you are like me and have a dream yet need to go out to your every day job so that food is on the table and bills are comfortably paid, you will soon realize that there becomes bare minimum time for your passions that exclude your day to day job.

Don’t be deflated! You have to find the time, you have to create that space where you dedicate specific time for it. Set time aside even if it’s 15 minutes.

Having a dream isn’t easy, but the wait makes it all the more worth while. When you work hard every single day to get one step closer to fulfilling that dream, the reward will be unimaginable.

In this day and age, it truly doesn’t come down to how good you are at something. Skills and talents don’t matter anymore, times have changed and unfortunately it isn’t for the better. Make your own luck!

It doesn’t mean that you should give up and pursue your dream any less.

If you keep going, every single day, you will get there eventually. Just because you can’t take any shortcuts it doesn’t matter.

How much better will you feel knowing what you have been through and how dedicated you have been?

It is important to work hard, stay dedicated and never let anything deter you from your dreams. No one is better than you at doing you. Even though the short route would probably be more ideal for your desires, but nothing beats the journey to your happiness. No matter how short or long that may be.

Stay dedicated, it will happen for you. Keep going, you!

Just some food for thought.

Speak soon all!
