Who Inspires You The Most?
In my personal life, my mother and my husband inspire me the most. I will expand on this further below:
Creatively/Spiritually – My mother inspires me.
Spiritually, my mother is so in-tune with herself. She has always motivated me unintentionally to seek a spiritual connection like the one she has, as she makes it look so beautiful and peaceful. I crave the comfort she receives from her beliefs.
Creatively, my mother is the most incredible artist and writer. Wherever she puts her mind, beauty is created. She is incredibly talented with all things colourful. Whether that’s paints like oils and watercolour, or even pastels, pencils and pens. It doesn’t have to be on paper, she is incredible even graphically on the computer. Speaking of the computer, she writes as well. She loves poetry, memoirs and all things spiritual. Whenever my mother dives into creative fields she succeeds, and yet she never sees how incredibly talented she is.
All Things Life And When To Keep Going – My husband inspires me.
My husband keeps me driven, motivated and encouraged to follow and chase my wildest dreams. As he said in his vows to me on our wedding day, he will always be my rock but never a hard place.
He is truly inspiring in that he never gives up. He works hard every single day for us, for our family. He helps me grow and keeps me on the right path.
I always do my best writing when he is around, I guess it’s because I just feel inspired around him.
Outside of my personal life, someone that I look up to a lot when it comes to my drive for writing is J.K Rowling.
I think what is so inspiring about her is her story.
It took her 6 years to write her first Harry Potter novel which was released when she was 32 years old, and the idea of Harry Potter came to her while she was waiting for a delayed train.
It just wows me how life can change so much when given the opportunity.
